Your discovery call is a warm, relaxed conversation with Lauren. This is a chance to talk through your wedding day as a whole. We explore the atmosphere you want to create, the story behind your celebration, and the feeling you want your guests
to experience.

If your venue is new to us, or if your design includes a large installation, we will
arrange a site visit at this stage. This visit is completed independently — you
don’t need to attend — and it allows us to assess the space, logistics and
creative opportunities early in the process. All findings, considerations and
design insights are shared with you during your Moodboard Consultation.

Once you choose Beige & Bloom as your wedding florist, your date is secured with a
10% booking fee. This confirms your place in our calendar and allows us to
begin the detailed design work for your day.

As a Luxury Wedding Florist Suffolk, we intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on each day. This curated approach ensures every couple receives the focus,
care and creative attention required to deliver an exceptional experience.

Around 8–12 weeks before your wedding, we begin the creative design process — allowing additional time for larger weddings or more complex installations.

By this stage, most couples have finalised their colour palette, bridesmaids’ dresses,
suits and styling elements. This gives us the perfect foundation to design florals that feel cohesive, intentional and beautifully aligned with your aesthetic.

Lauren creates a bespoke moodboard featuring:

• Floral design concepts
• Suggested flower varieties
• Curated colour combinations

Around four weeks before your wedding, we meet for one final call to confirm every detail and finalise your quote.

You’ll also complete our Finer Details Form, which captures:

• Venue access times
• Planner contact details (if applicable)
• Other suppliers present on the day
• Any final updates to timings or layouts
• Names of all bridesmaids and anyone wearing a buttonhole, allowing us to personalise these if requested

After this call, you’ll receive your bespoke Wedding Pack — a beautifully presented
document outlining your floral plan, installation notes and on‑the‑day timings.
This pack is also used by the Beige & Bloom team on the wedding day to
ensure everything runs seamlessly.

In the days leading up to your wedding, the studio comes to life. The freshest flowers
arrive, and Lauren and her team begin the careful preparation that transforms
your floral vision into reality.

Every stem is conditioned, curated and crafted with intention. Bouquets, arrangements and installations start to take shape as your design comes together.

On the morning of your wedding, we arrive at the agreed time and begin bringing every floral element to life.

If bouquets or buttonholes are needed at multiple locations, we’re more than happy to accommodate this.

At the venue, we handle full setup, installation and styling ensuring your floral
design looks exactly as envisioned.

We do not leave until everything is perfect.

After your celebration, we return to pack down installations and collect equipment,
coordinating times directly with your venue to ensure this step is smooth and
perfectly timed. Local couples also have the option to return hired items
directly to us.
